"My policy was not handled by Kessia Ledesma herself, an agent/receptionist named Texas possessed my policy for me, answered all my questions, while also giving me names and numbers for towing agencies to help expedite a billing process for towing if ever needed, instead of having to pay out of pocket then being reimbursed as most of us these days don't carry that much money in cash while in those situations.
Also my total coverage was significantly lower than any other car insurance agency out there. Thank you"
